INFLATABLE ROLLER: CORE TRAINING

This workshop teaches you how to use a new and challenging piece of equipment that you can apply to any exercise or rehab program. A combination of the stability ball and a foam roller, this tool is a must for any trainer. Learn exercises that will address all areas of the body especially the core. This workshop includes an inflatable roller that you will take home with you.
